This allows the waves to travel a long distance with little loss in energy.<\/p>\n<p>Guided Wave testing has several advantages:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduction of costs when the pipeline inspections have difficult access<\/li>\n<li>Allow to inspect remote areas, out of area or areas very difficult to reach such as (bridges, road or train crossing).<\/li>\n<li>Details of the integrity of the material are quickly obtained using only one access point.<\/li>\n<li>Inspection costs are reduced because the method can detect exactly where the critical points to be inspected are located.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It\u2019s possible a long term monitoring of the plants.
