The Acoustic emission technique is based on the acquisition of ultrasonic signals meant to detect and localize lacks or losses in pressure vessels. EA inspection gives a complete and immediate structure analysis and integrity of the tested item. The main advantage is to check the integrity of vessels without emptying and tempering it. The result’s reliability of the EA test on vessel integrity is higher than any other traditional inspection method.
Thanks to our 42 channels AMSY-6 instrument we can inspect very large tanks, of over 90 meters in diameter.
