ein wechselndes Magnetfeld in einem elektrisch leitf\u00e4higen \u201eTeil\u201c erzeugt wird.<br \/>\nWenn im leitf\u00e4higen Teil eine wie auch immer geartete Ver\u00e4nderung vorhanden ist, \u00e4ndert sie die Intensit\u00e4t und den Verlauf dieser Wirbelstr\u00f6me und demzufolge auch die Impedanz des Kreises, so dass sie erfasst werden kann.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kontrollmethode mit Wirbelstr\u00f6men ist sehr vielseitig, denn sie erm\u00f6glicht Anwendungen aller Art, die mit Ver\u00e4nderungen der chemisch-physikalischen Eigenschaften von beliebigen leitf\u00e4higen Teilen in Beziehung gesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Mit anderen Worten kann man auch geringste Abweichungen \u2013 ob geometrisch, elektrisch oder magnetisch \u2013 in einem Material feststellen.<br \/>\nEinige Vorteile der Wirbelstrompr\u00fcfung sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Empfindlichkeit f\u00fcr Haarrisse bzw. andere M\u00e4ngel<\/li>\n<li>Erfassung von M\u00e4ngeln in oder nahe der Oberfl\u00e4che<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00fcfergebnisse liegen unmittelbar vor<\/li>\n<li>Tragbare Ausr\u00fcstung, daher gro\u00dfe Vielseitigkeit auch vor Ort<\/li>\n<li>Anwendungen nicht nur f\u00fcr die Fehlererkennung<\/li>\n<li>Erfordert eine geringe Vorbereitung des Pr\u00fcflings<\/li>\n<li>Es k\u00f6nnen komplexe Werkst\u00fccke in verschiedenen Formen und Gr\u00f6\u00dfen untersucht werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>LYFT<\/h3>\n<p>Dies ist ein System, das die Dicke messen kann, ohne die Isolierung abzuheben (Liftoff).<\/p>\n<p>Dieses System bietet C-Scan-Bilder in Realzeit, schnelle Datenerfassung (bis 15 Abtastungen pro Sekunde) mit dynamischem Abtastmodus und Rasterkartierung. Dazu kommt die Flexibilit\u00e4t durch lange Kabel und eine Erweiterungsstange.
